Jumping at a chance she never thought she’d have, Rachel leaves Payton. And Josh. Will Josh forgive her, or has her desire for fame ruined the best thing she’s ever had?

My Opinion
I'm going to keep this review on the shorter side because I'm struggling to find things to say.
Home started off well. I wasn't sure how it was going to play out, but the characters had potential. It was also a nice change for the female lead to be the one searching for a career in the music industry. Unfortunately, though, this feeling just didn't stick with me.
Rachel was stupid. The situation she was going to tie herself into was obvious and it was frustratingly simple. I thought she would have been smarter than that and after that she lost any kind of emotions I'd developed towards her. From there on my attention did start to wane as things became predictable. Moreover, I never really connected with Josh. He was a good guy and all that, but he was a bit bland and had no depth. His back story was tiny--just like Rachel's--and it led to me not connecting with either of them. I wanted more emotion.
Overall, this didn't really work for me. It was an okay read and it may work for you guys better, but I struggled with it.
